• When we collect information from you about your booking or during your appointments, we will store this in our secure, cloud-hosted salon management system.

• We will use this information in the course of providing you and your dog with services and will never disclose your personal information to third parties.

• From time to time we may send you marketing material and promotions, but you can opt out at any time by replying to a message or contacting us directly on hello@wooof.com.au.

• If you ever want us to delete all your information from our system for any reason, we will do this, however we reserve the right to keep hard-copy records for legal purposes.

Third-Party Appointment Inquiries

To respect the privacy of all our clients, WOOOF Dog Grooming handles appointment information with care. By making a booking with us, you consent to limited appointment-related information (such as booking date and time) being disclosed to designated individuals, such as household members, who may inquire on your behalf. If you prefer that appointment details be restricted to you only, please inform us at the time of booking. We may verify the identity of individuals making inquiries to protect your privacy.
